I’ve been blogging for more years than I can count at this point, but I love to write and create content so I’m still going strong!

This online space has evolved SO much over these past few years and I now use it as a sort of diary to log everything that happens in my life. It’s a good way to look back and reflect on everything that happens and be grateful for all the awesome opportunities that come my way.

This blog focuses on a few different things, but I wanted to show how travelling has helped my mental health, what I do every day to make sure I keep my mental wellbeing at the forefront of my mind and how I use spirituality to better understand life and the world we live in.

Documenting my solo travels

Solo travel is extremely important to me, it has completely changed my life, the way I see the world and everyone in it. I originally started to travel solo to help me overcome my anxiety and depression. I wanted to see how I would cope travelling on my own, having to fend for myself and go with the flow. It wasn’t easy at first, if anything it was a little distressing! But the more you do something, the easier it gets and now, I can’t imagine a life without solo travel.

In 2019, I’ll be taking on my biggest adventure yet, as I travel around New Zealand with BUNAC! I’m going to need you guys to vent to, brag to and just generally tell all my stories to (I’ll be alone remember!).

Looking after my wellbeing and mental health

I started travelling to help my wellbeing and mental health, so I also like to share my tips and tricks for self-care, looking after your mental health and your wellbeing. It’s important to me to put my mental wellbeing at the forefront of everything I do, so I want to encourage people to do the same!
